Parker Phillips has extensive experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the hospitality and entertainment industries. Parker has held leadership positions in various companies, including The Star Entertainment Group, Pacifica Hotels, Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Pinnacle Enterprises, Microsoft, The Walt Disney Company, and Sony Pictures Entertainment. Their roles have ranged from Director of Sales and Marketing to Head of Performance Marketing, and they have demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, revenue optimization, and creating and executing successful sales and marketing campaigns.

Parker Phillips attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing.
