Tim Kealley

Tim Kealley currently serves as the General Manager of Workforce Performance at The Star Entertainment Group, a position held since November 2022, following his tenure as Group Manager of Workforce Planning. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Workforce Planning and Workforce Systems Specialist at Swissport (Australia and New Zealand) from August 2016 to November 2022, and as Manager of Ramp Services at Aerocare Flight Support from March 2010 to July 2016. In this latter role, Tim Kealley led a dedicated team focused on the safe and efficient delivery of ground handling services, emphasizing continuous improvement and compliance. Earlier career experiences include positions such as Airside Manager and Ramp Supervisor at Oceania Aviation between September 2003 and March 2010. Tim Kealley is pursuing a Bachelor of Business and Commerce with an Economics Major at the University of Southern Queensland, having also completed a Bachelor of Business at Southern Cross University and a Diploma of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from TAFE Queensland.
