Racheal Bates

Racheal Bates has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Racheal began as a Business Development Intern at The Starr Conspiracy in January 2014 and later progressed to roles such as Account Executive, Account Manager, Account Supervisor, and Director of Client Services. Racheal is currently serving as the Director of Marketing at The Starr Conspiracy, a position they assumed in November 2021. Prior to their time at The Starr Conspiracy, Racheal worked as a Staff Photographer & Photoshop Worker at Michael Edwards Photography from February 2011 to December 2013. Racheal also had a role as a Rental Agent at RV Rentals USA Inc. from June 2009 to December 2010. Racheal's extensive experience in marketing, client services, and photography showcases their versatility and adaptability in various professional settings.

Racheal Bates completed their Bachelor of General Studies degree from Texas Christian University. Racheal'sdegree focused on the emphasis in Fine Arts (Photography) with a minor in Anthropology and was obtained between 2008 and 2011. Afterward, they pursued a Masters of Science degree in Marketing from Technological University Dublin, which they completed from 2012 to 2013.
