David Maddrell

David Maddrell has a diverse work experience, with significant exposure to transaction-based work and financial advisory roles. From 2014 onwards, they worked at The Stars Group, where they held roles such as Senior Finance Manager, Finance Manager Casino, and Head of Reporting. In these positions, they were responsible for financial planning and analysis, business development opportunities, and presenting to senior management. Prior to that, they worked at KPMG Isle of Man from 2006 to 2014, starting as an ACA Trainee and eventually becoming a Manager. At KPMG, they gained experience in financial due diligence, investment valuations, and financial model reviews, particularly in the commercial advisory field. David also worked closely with lawyers, nomads, and other professional service firms, demonstrating their ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

David Maddrell attended Ballakermeen High School in Douglas, Isle of Man from 1993 to 2000. David then went on to study Chemistry at the University of York, earning a BSc degree from 2000 to 2003. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business & Community at the University of Bath from 2003 to 2004.
