Jennifer Payne MS, ATC, OTC is a Certified Athletic Trainer with a diverse background in sports medicine. Currently employed at The Steadman Clinic since July 2020, Jennifer specializes in orthopedics under Dr. Joseph Ruzbarsky, focusing on hip, knee, elbow, and shoulder injuries. Concurrently, Jennifer serves as an Athletic Trainer for the Maryland Whipsnakes Lacrosse Club in the Premier Lacrosse League, a position held since May 2020. Prior experience includes working as a Certified Athletic Trainer for Randolph-Macon College, overseeing Division III women's soccer, women's basketball, and men's baseball from August 2017 to July 2020, and serving as a Seasonal Athletic Trainer at Virginia Military Institute for Division I men's soccer and baseball during the 2016-2017 season. Jennifer holds a Master of Science degree in Athletic Training from Shenandoah University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from James Madison University.
