Ryan Froom is a dedicated medical student at the University of North Dakota, expected to graduate in 2024. Currently serving as a volunteer research assistant at The Steadman Clinic and American Sports Medicine Institute, Ryan has a rich background in athletic training and orthopedic research. Previous roles include clinical research intern at Andrews Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center, outreach athletic trainer at ATI Physical Therapy, and assistant athletic trainer at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Ryan's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Athletic Training and a Graduate Certificate in Medical Physiology from the University of Florida, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from South Dakota State University. Ryan also has professional experience as a right-handed pitcher for the Sioux Falls Canaries Baseball team.
