Andrea Devlin

Andrea Devlin has a diverse and extensive work experience. Andrea currently holds the position of Director of Sales Western Canada at The Stevens Company Limited since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Sales Manager Midwest at the same company starting from October 2019. From October 2016 to September 2019, they worked as a Territory Manager at The Stevens Company Limited.

Andrea also worked at Cardinal Health Canada. Andrea was a Product Manager from May 2014 to July 2016. Prior to this, they held the role of Manager, Customer Contracts from February 2009 to April 2014. In this role, they developed and led a team of Analysts, securing new customers, renewing existing ones, and providing proposals through direct RFP responses. Andrea collaborated with corporate marketing to optimize customer conversion and compliance.

Before that, Andrea worked as a Supervisor and Team Lead at Cardinal Health Canada from April 2007 to January 2009. Andrea managed and developed a team of Contract Analysts, led strategy for tender opportunities, and was responsible for national price management. Andrea was promoted from Team Lead to Supervisor in less than 6 months.

Prior to joining Cardinal Health Canada, Andrea worked at Source Medical Corporation. From February 2005 to December 2006, they served as a Contracts and Quotations Analyst, responsible for writing proposals, responding to tenders, and price management. Andrea was later promoted to Team Lead to establish best practices and build a results-oriented Contracts team. Prior to this role, they worked as a Customer Service Representative from January 2004 to January 2005.

Overall, Andrea Devlin has a strong background in sales, customer contracts management, and team leadership.

Andrea Devlin attended the University of Alberta from 2006 to 2007, where they pursued studies in the Faculty of Extension Business Management, focusing on Marketing and Organizational Behaviour. Although they did not complete a degree during this period, they gained knowledge in these areas of study. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2002, Andrea obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology from the University of Alberta.
