Avira A is currently a Sous Chef at The Stovall House. Before that, they worked with the Sea Salt Restaurant group and the SDCM Restaurant Group. Avira has also worked at the Hotel del Coronado. Avira has always been passionate about food and cooking, and they enjoy being able to share their love of food with others through their work as a chef.
Avira A has an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institute of California - San Diego. They are also ServSafe Certified in ServSafe Food Handler.
They are on a team with and Freddie Framble - Sous Chef. Their manager is Rachel Bennet, Executive Chef.
