Daniel Collins has a diverse work history. Daniel started their career as an Account Manager at CareerBuilder, managing over 80 accounts and providing support to clients. Daniel then transitioned to a Technical Support Specialist role, troubleshooting issues in CareerBuilder's system. After that, they became a Client Support Lead, training new hires and running team meetings. Daniel also worked as an Operations Analyst, consolidating and reporting support operations data.
In 2013, Daniel took on the role of Camp Director at Camp All-American, providing oversight and assistance to junior high campers and staff.
More recently, Daniel joined Strategies Group, Inc. as a CRM Consultant, implementing and customizing Salesforce and Acumatica for clients. Daniel then moved up to become Director of Operations before taking on the role of VP of Construction Solutions, where they developed processes and procedures for product implementation, staff oversight, and revenue growth. Currently, Daniel holds the position of Sr. Solution Consultant and President at Strategies Group, Inc.
Daniel Collins earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health & Society from Beloit College between 2010 and 2013. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Administrator.
