Emma Downey

Emma Downey supports TSG as an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist. Emma is primarily responsible for growing and maintaining TSG’s digital presence through content strategies, social media platforms, advertising campaigns, and SEM. She works closely with TSG’s lines of business to develop new content and increase awareness of products and services.

Additionally, Emma is focused on building and maintaining relationships with press contacts inside and outside the payments industry, and she works closely with conferences on partnership opportunities. Through her commitment to this role, Emma strives to improve brand consistency, social influence, and increase in coverage.

Emma graduated from Creighton University in 2019 with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing specializing in Strategic Communication, Public Relations, and Graphic Design. Before joining the TSG team, she was a marketing and public relations coordinator for Mt. Olympus Resort & Theme Park.

In her spare time, she loves to hike with her husband and their two dogs, cook pasta dishes, and teach Irish Dance.
