Collin Ray

Collin Ray is currently an Avionics Production Support Engineer at The Structures Company, LLC, working on defining EWIS requirements and drafting electrical symbols for integration. Collin also serves as the Treasurer and Board Member at The OUTreach Center, supporting the local transgender community. Prior to their current role, Collin worked at Northrop Grumman as an Electronics Engineer and Chair of the Pride In Diversity Alliance ERG, focusing on LGBTQ+ outreach and support. Collin's previous experience includes roles at AREVA NP and The J.M. Smucker Company, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
