Rob Branch

Rob Branch is an experienced educator and journalist with a diverse background in English instruction and media. Currently serving as an Associate Professor of English at AmeriTech College since June 2007, Rob teaches college-level English Composition to students pursuing an Associate's Degree in Nursing. In addition, Rob has been a stringer for KBOI News/Talk (AM) at Citadel Broadcasting since January 1997, developing news stories from the Salt Lake News Bureau. Previously, Rob held the position of Associate Professor at Salt Lake Community College, focusing on radio operations, announcing, and journalism from January 2000 to June 2007. Rob's early career included a role as Assistant News Director at KOGO Radio in San Diego, where responsibilities included gathering news stories and serving as an on-air news anchor. Rob is also a long-time member of the Society of Professional Journalists - Valley of the Sun Chapter. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Antioch University and attendance at Freie Universität Berlin.
