Kara has also served as the Head of Marketing for Travelzoo, where they led subscriber acquisition and retention efforts. Additionally, they have held the position of Chief Marketing Officer for companies like Kapow and Rewards Network, where they built brands and revitalized businesses. Kara has also worked in roles such as CEO, Director of Marketing and Business Development, and VP for companies like Metromix and Village Voice Media. Prior to that, they worked at BSkyB and Coca-Cola USA, where they managed subscriber loyalty and launched the SURGE soda brand, respectively.
Kara Walsh holds a degree in mathematical sciences from Clemson University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
