Ryan Nessen

Ryan Nessen is a seasoned construction executive with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and California District Manager at Sundt Construction since October 2003, Nessen has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President, Regional Director, and Operations Manager. Prior experience includes senior project management positions at Kohanaiki Shores, LLC and Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company. Nessen’s background also includes military service as Builder 1st Class and Seabee Combat Warfare Specialist in the US Navy Seabees. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, along with an Associate of Science in Construction Management from San Diego Mesa College.
