Nicholas Harlan

Nicholas Harlan is an experienced policy analyst with a background in research and congressional support. Currently employed at Sunwater Institute since September 2017, Nicholas has held various roles, including research associate and research intern. Prior to this, Nicholas interned for the U.S. House of Representatives, working with Representatives Darin LaHood and Cheri Bustos, where responsibilities included managing constituent communications and conducting tours of the U.S. Capitol. In addition, Nicholas served as the Vice President of Fellowship for the Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, focusing on team-building activities for a large membership. Nicholas also participated in the International Business Immersion Program, conducting research on China's poultry industry and creating a documentary on the findings. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
