Kary Kruger

Kary Kruger is an accomplished entrepreneur and certified coach with extensive experience in the wellness, relationship, and matchmaking industries. As the owner of Mind Body Soul Wellness Project since 2011, Kary specializes in first-to-market global wellness products and education. Kary serves as a certified coach and counselor focused on healthy relationships, love addiction, trauma, and life transitions with The Healthy Relationship Experience. Additionally, Kary has held leadership roles at Amare Global, leading efforts in the mental wellness revolution, and served as a matchmaker at LUMA - Luxury Matchmaking. Previous affiliations include founding affiliate leader at PrimeMyBody, independent brand promoter at Le-Vel Thrive, and various roles in matchmaking and relationship coaching. Kary holds a B.A. in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Minnesota, with prior education at Gustavus Adolphus College.
