Chen (Mike) Yang is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in guest services and front office operations. Currently serving as Front Office Team Lead and previously as Guest Service Agent at The Sutton Place Hotels since September 2021, Mike has developed a strong background in customer relations. Prior roles include guest service positions at Hampton Inn by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton, as well as The Barrington Hotel, where responsibilities varied from Relief Guest Services Supervisor to Night Auditor. Earlier in the career, Mike worked as a Sales Associate at TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P. and held multiple roles at Delta Barrington. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Mount Saint Vincent University and completion of the Sino-Canadian Program at Beijing No.25 High School.
