Julie Z.

Julie Z. began their work experience in 2007 at Shorenstein Realty Services, where they worked as a Building Services Coordinator and later as a Tenant Administrator. In 2008, they joined Vornado Realty Trust as a Construction Assistant. Julie then moved on to Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. in 2011, where they worked as an Assistant Property Manager. Julie returned to Vornado Realty Trust in 2012 as an Assistant Property Manager before transitioning to The Swig Company in 2014. At The Swig Company, they held various roles, including Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and most recently, Assistant Vice President Innovation & Asset Management. Julie Z. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics & French from the University of California, Davis, from 1999 to 2003. Julie later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Applied Linguistics from Teachers College, Columbia University, from 2004 to 2006.
