Jason Hildebrand USA (Ret) has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jason'smost recent role was as the Director of Fleet and Facilities Maintenance at The SYGMA Network, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vehicle Maintenance Manager at both The SYGMA Network and Rumpke Waste & Recycling from 2021 to September 2021.

From 2018 to 2021, Jason held the position of Vehicle Maintenance Manager at Rumpke Waste & Recycling. Before joining Rumpke, they worked at The Ohio State University as the Vehicle Maintenance Superintendent from 2014 to 2018. Jason has also held the position of Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor at the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) from 2010 to 2013.

Jason Hildebrand began their career in the U.S. Army in 1989 as the Motor Sergeant/Fleet Manager and served until 2010. Jason'swork experience displays a strong background in vehicle maintenance and fleet management.

Jason Hildebrand USA (Ret) attended the University of Phoenix from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Foundations. Jason has also earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The Ohio State University.
