Orien Hunter

Orien Hunter is Vice President, Human Resources, with leadership responsibility for all human resources functions and activities within SYGMA. Orien is a proven HR executive with more than 20 years of experience and a track record of delivering results through colleague-centric strategies. Prior to joining SYGMA at the end of 2022, Orien was most recently the Head of Human Resources for Omnicare—the nation’s leading provider of comprehensive pharmaceutical and clinical services for institutional clients in the long-term and post-acute healthcare industries.

Prior to joining Omnicare, Orien held several executive HR leadership positions in retail operations, workplace strategy, and training at CVS Health. Before entering the HR profession, Orien began his professional career as a High School Literature teacher after graduating from Bethany College in West Virginia.
