Hayley MacFarlane

Hayley Macfarlane is an experienced marketing communications professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently, Hayley serves as a Marketing Communications Consultant at The T1 Agency since 2019. Prior experience includes leadership positions at WorldGaming Network LP from 2015 to 2018, where Hayley held the roles of Executive Director and Director of Marketing. Previously, Hayley worked at Microsoft Canada Inc. from 2001 to 2014, progressing through several roles including Senior Marketing Communications Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager for Retail, Channel Marketing Manager, and Merchandizing Manager for Xbox Canada. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary.
