E. Reneé Wright-Davis, MPH has a diverse and extensive work experience in various organizations. In 2014, they worked at The Table Community Foundation as the Director of Community Outreach, Engagement, and Partnerships, where they focused on reducing health disparities and promoting health equity. E. Reneé utilized project management techniques to advance the organization's health equity strategy.
In 2016, Wright-Davis joined Adventist Health as a Learning and Development Specialist. E. Reneé'sresponsibilities included developing standardized curriculum for clinicians to improve documentation accuracy and time. E. Reneé also conducted engaging trainings for clinician, staff, and new hire onboarding. Additionally, they served as the enterprise liaison for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
Wright-Davis is also the CEO/Founder of ReInvented Freelance Consulting since 2014, where they provide consulting services. E. Reneé worked with the California Department of Public Health in 2015 as an Associate Governmental Program Analyst in the Office of Health Equity. There, they led daily operations, coordinated systemic policy change, and represented the office on committees to address health disparities.
Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, Wright-Davis was a Senior Program Coordinator/Policy Analyst at the California Primary Care Association. E. Reneé analyzed health policy regulations and managed a technical assistance program for community clinics and health centers. Additionally, they worked as a Graduate Student Intern at NAMI California in 2013.
Wright-Davis has also gained experience at the University of California as a System Administrator, supervising medical students and fellows. E. Reneé was involved in program operations and grant reporting. E. Reneé also participated as a student-athlete in the women's basketball team at UC Berkeley from 2002 to 2006.
E. Reneé Wright-Davis, MPH, holds a Master's Degree in Public Health Education and Promotion, which they obtained from National University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Welfare, with a minor in Psychology, at the University of California, Berkeley, from 2002 to 2006.
In addition to their academic degrees, E. Reneé Wright-Davis has obtained several certifications. E. E. Reneé Wright-Davis also possesses a 30 Day Substitute Teaching Permit from the Commission on Teacher Credentialing, obtained in August 2007. E. Reneé additionally holds a First Aid/CPR certification from the Red Cross, obtained in January 2019.
