Erin Black

Erin Black is a seasoned consultant specializing in executive leadership, team building, and organizational strategy with a focus on improving employee retention and engagement. Currently, Erin serves as a Senior Consultant at QuEB since January 2019 and as a CAPAPro Member/Practitioner at The Table Group. Previously, Erin held the position of Senior Consultant in Strategy and Business Operations at INCITE Consulting Solutions until June 2023, and served as a Foreign Area Officer and Pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1997 to January 2019. Erin's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology from Stanford University, completed in 1997.
