Having spent 16 years in advertising agencies, always with a keen interest to nurture and develop effective teams in order to build strong businesses, I joined The Talent Business to focus on just that and to find transformational talent for the creative industry. I spent my former years at Publicis leading the likes of McVities, Allied Bakeries, Muller and Coca Cola, then moved to be Business Development Director, and subsequently Managing Director, of the boutique comms consultancy Banc. The last 5 years of my agency career were spent as Managing Director of Farm, running the agency and heading up Nestle business. I have an avid interest in anything at all related to sport and constantly exercise my negotiation skills at home with my two children Finn and Edie.
