Sara Trané

Sara Trané is a Partner at The Talent Company, where they lead the People Science team. Sara was previously with Spotify, where they served as Talent Analytics from May 2017 to April 2019. Prior to that, they were with The Center for Organizational Effectiveness from August 2015 to May 2017, where they were an Associate Consultant responsible for developing new products related to selection and development of global leaders, cross cultural competence, and performance across cultures. Sara also has experience with expatriation, repatriation, cultural differences and diversity within the workplace. Before that, they were with the Institute for Cross Cultural Management from August 2014 to May 2016 as Business Director. Prior to that, they worked as an Organizational Psychologist with Assessio from September 2011 to April 2017, where they were responsible for developing new products related to selection and development of global leaders, cross cultural competence, and performance across cultures.

Sara Trané has a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology, an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology, and a BS in Psychology from Washington State University.
