Darren Wall

Darren Wall is an experienced L&D Content Specialist currently working at The Talent Labs, previously known as The Firm, since March 2024. Prior to this role, Darren served as the Digital Learning & Knowledge Management Lead at City Electrical Factors and held multiple positions at Computershare, including Digital Instructional Designer and Learning Specialist. Darren's career began at npower, where expertise in learning content development was honed, followed by a role as Team Coach at Auxillis. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Music Enterprise from the University of Leeds and a Level 3 Award in Education and Training from East Durham College.
