Rachel Dalboth

Rachel Dalboth is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and organizational development, currently serving as Director of TA Centre of Excellence at The Talent Labs, formerly known as The Firm, since November 2018. Previously, Rachel held various leadership roles at Unilever from 2003 to 2018, culminating in the position of Head of Talent & Resourcing for UK/I and Global Functions. Early career experiences include roles at Hewerdine Ltd as HR Manager and at Nokia as Recruitment Officer. Rachel's educational background includes a degree in Human Resources from Farnborough College of Technology and expertise in developing recruitment strategies and HR policies.
