Karsten Mellon

Karsten Mellon is a management researcher, author, and speaker currently serving as a lecturer in leadership at multiple institutions, including Roskilde University and Aalborg Universitet, while also holding a position at Syddansk Universitet. With extensive experience in leadership education and related fields, Mellon has been involved with the Ministry of Higher Education and Science as a censor for various master's programs. An associate member of the research group 'Professional Relations' at the University of Stavanger, Mellon is also associated with The Taos Institute, collaborating in work led by President Kenneth J. Gergen. Mellon holds a PhD from Roskilde University and multiple degrees in education and organizational psychology from various institutions.
