Rik Spann

Rik Spann is the founder and consultant at Kind of Blue Consulting since August 2005, focusing on the intersection of music, art, and organizational leadership. As the founder and leadership trainer at Vucajazz since January 2015, Rik utilizes jazz improvisation as an innovative approach to social organization and management amidst digital transformation. Currently serving as a corporate musicologist at VUCA Academy and an associate at The Taos Institute, Rik also holds a board member position at the CMM Institute for Personal and Social Evolution and is a change and innovation consultant at Jamtime Consultancy, which Rik founded. Rik Spann’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in Musicology from Radboud University Nijmegen and training at various artistic institutions.
