Chris Calenda

Chris Calenda has a substantial work experience in the field of information technology and cybersecurity. Currently, they serve as the Chief Information Officer at The TARA Group, where they oversee IT and cybersecurity services for multiple operating companies. Chris implements the latest industry technology to support a geographically diverse workforce. Prior to this, they worked at TargetSmart in various roles, including Chief Information Officer, Director of Technology Solutions, Director of Information Technology, Senior Software Engineer, and Manager of Data Engineering. Chris also served as the Director of Engineering & Technology at Efficax Data Systems, LLC before it was acquired by TargetSmart. In the early years of their career, they worked at Verizon as a Consultant Engineer, Project Manager, and Data Analyst.

Chris Calenda has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, obtained in 2009. Chris also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Systems Analysis from the University of Miami. In addition, they have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in June 2009.
