Dayton Schrader

Dayton Schrader is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker Associate at eXp Realty and The Schrader Group, Dayton is part of a successful team that sells over 500 homes annually. In addition, Dayton is a Coach and Speaker at The Core Coaching and Training, specializing in elite coaching for lenders and realtors. With a role as a Subject Matter Expert and Expert Witness for The TASA Group, Inc., Dayton provides expert testimony and consultation on residential real estate matters. Membership in the Greater San Antonio Builders Association includes recognition as a 15-time GSABA Realtor of the Year. Additional leadership roles include serving as Treasurer for the Certified Financial Planners of South Texas and a member of various committees with the San Antonio Board of REALTORS®. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree from Texas A&M University and a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio, complemented by leadership training from Rapport Leadership International.
