Pier Pilkington

Pier joined Tatua in 2012 as Tatua’s Head of People and Capability.

Her previous experience includes more than 20 years in human resources management roles in the HR industry in the UK and New Zealand, including various HR roles at Fonterra. Pier manages the people and capability team and is responsible for supporting all aspects of people development and engagement.

Pier holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree majoring in HR and Industrial Relations from the University of Waikato.
