Lisajay Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business performance management and finance. Currently serving as the Director of Business Performance and Chief of Staff at The TCM Group since December 2011, Lisajay Baker has played a pivotal role in providing mediation services across the UK and Europe. Prior to this, Lisajay Baker worked at Working Links from November 2002 to November 2011 as a Finance Team Leader, overseeing the finance and administration for the PSLND contract. Earlier experience includes a position as a Finance Administrator at Reed in Partnership from February 1999 to November 2002, managing financial paperwork and reports. Lisajay Baker holds an AAT qualification in Accounting from Kaplan and has a NNEB degree from City and Islington College.
