Wade Flint has extensive experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry, with a strong focus on safety, productivity, and quality. Wade has held positions such as Production Manager, Sawmill Superintendent, Maintenance Supervisor, Reliability Engineer, Planer Mill Supervisor, and Quality Control Supervisor. Currently, Wade serves as the General Manager of Virginia Operations at The Teal-Jones Group, bringing a wealth of expertise and leadership to the company. Wade holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Portland State University, and is also a certified Green Belt in Six Sigma.
