David Knowles

David Knowles is a seasoned audio journalist and social media strategist currently serving as the Senior Audio Journalist and Presenter at The Telegraph since December 2020. In this role, David also heads Audio Development and produces the daily podcast "Ukraine: The Latest," showcasing expertise in interviewing and content creation. Previously, David was the Head of Social Media at The Telegraph, where strategies for various platforms were developed and executed. From July 2017 to December 2020, David served as Deputy Head of Social Media at the World Economic Forum, generating high-engagement social videos, and earlier worked as a Social Video Journalist at MailOnline, significantly increasing the platform's audience reach. David holds advanced degrees in Interactive Journalism and Biblical Studies from esteemed institutions, including City, St George’s, University of London, and Durham University.
