Tom Armitage has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they are the Founder of Over Yonder Executive Coaching, where they work as a freelance executive coach helping clients with career transitions and solving business challenges. Previously, they served as the Head of Talent & Performance at The Telegraph, overseeing talent development activities for the company. Prior to that, they held positions at Pearson, King, Diageo, and Barclays, where they focused on leadership development, coaching, talent management, and learning and development. Tom's work experience showcases their expertise in driving organizational growth and supporting individuals in reaching their full potential.
