Stephanie Watson serves as the Chief Operating Officer and President at THE TEN SPOT beauty bar since December 2021, focusing on enhancing the experience for guests, team members, franchise partners, and supply partners. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Senior Director of Franchise Development and Operations at Pita Pit Canada from 2005 to February 2024, where the responsibilities included fostering strong relationships with franchisees and contributing to the overall growth of the brand. Additionally, Stephanie held the position of Vice President of Real Estate and Development at Foodtastic for a brief period in late 2021.
