Monique White

Monique White currently serves as the Head Softball Coach at Hampton University and as an Assistant Softball Coach for The Texas Smoke. Additionally, Monique is the Owner of Mo's Mindful Sport Performance Training, which aims to empower female aspiring collegiate athletes by providing them with the necessary skills, resources, and support while maintaining their values and well-being. Previous coaching experience includes serving as the Assistant Softball Coach at Georgetown University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where Monique was also a member of the Athletics Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Monique began coaching as the Head Softball Coach at Söder Softball. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science with Distinction in Leadership from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Florida International University, and an Associate of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Daytona State College.
