Ivan Pierre Aguirre

Ivan Pierre Aguirre is an experienced photographer with a diverse background in both event and sports photography. Currently serving as the Official Event Photographer for GECU and the Official Team Photographer for El Paso Locomotive FC since 2019, Aguirre also works as a Freelance Photojournalist for The New York Times and Texas Tribune. Additional roles include Official Photographer for the Sun Bowl Association and past Official Team Photographer for the El Paso Chihuahuas. Aguirre's early experience includes internships with the Associated Press and San Antonio Express-News, as well as a role as Staff Photographer at The University of Texas at El Paso, where Aguirre also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
