Michael Broughton

Michael Broughton is an experienced entrepreneur and investor, currently serving as the Founder of Altro since November 2019. In addition to this role, Michael has been the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at USC Credit Union since November 2017 and an Investor in Drink Barcode, a plant-based, low sugar sports drink, since August 2021. Michael holds the title of Thiel Fellow with The Thiel Foundation since May 2020 and previously worked as a Scout at Sequoia Capital from April 2018 to June 2021. Michael's education includes participation in Y Combinator's S20 cohort and achieving a degree from the University of Southern California between 2017 and 2020.
