Ryan Lelek

Ryan Lelek is a seasoned entrepreneur and cybersecurity expert with extensive experience in technology and innovation. As a Thiel Fellow since May 2012, Ryan has embraced independent thought and entrepreneurial ventures. In January 2022, Ryan founded Mystiks, showcasing a commitment to leadership in the tech space. Previously, as a Cyber Security Manager at Capital One from April 2016 to September 2020, Ryan managed engineering teams to develop high-scale systems and implemented cost-saving strategies. Ryan began the career journey as a Full-Stack Developer at LaunchRock from November 2011 to May 2012, following a Core 40 education with Technical Honors at Lake Central High School from 2007 to 2010.
