Kotryna Lasaite

Kotryna has been working in People Management and HR-related roles after finding her passion in Digital Content Creation (DCC), which started with a Tech Scaleup, then moved onto a Design & Development agency, and finally ended up in the VFX industry.

Kotryna joined The Third Floor (TTF) in 2020 and is currently serving as Head of Talent for the London studio based in central SoHo. On a regular day, Kotryna utilizes her People / HR Management and operational design expertise to shape the studio’s team, support growth, create global HR initiatives, and nurture the TTF culture.
