Rebekah Cline

Rebekah Cline is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in project engineering and bridge design. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at The Thrasher Group since December 2018, Rebekah previously held the position of Senior Bridge Engineer at Martin Engineering, PLLC from October 2016 to November 2018. Prior to that, Rebekah worked as a Project Engineer at Mead & Hunt from April 2008 to September 2016 and at Palmer Engineering from January 2005 to April 2008. Rebekah holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the West Virginia University Institute of Technology, where studies were completed from 2001 to 2004. Earlier education includes attendance at West Virginia University in 2000 and Gilbert High School in Gilbert, WV.
