Eric Connor possesses extensive experience in engineering and technical services, particularly within the rail sector at The Timken Company since September 2006. Advancing through various roles, including Principal Service Engineer and Senior Service Engineer, Connor has demonstrated expertise in providing technical support and building strong customer relationships across the eastern United States and Canada. With over 150 facility visits, high-quality service, and successful product investigations, Connor has been instrumental in managing project expectations. Prior to this, a tenure in the United States Marine Corps as a Non-Commissioned Officer enhanced leadership and team performance skills, while experience as an Engineering Fundamentals Teaching Assistant at the University of Tennessee contributed to a solid educational foundation, culminating in a BS in Aerospace Engineering.
