Tombras, a 475+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking an Associate Director, Programmatic.

Where you'll be working: Knoxville, Atlanta. Relocation assistance may be provided

The Associate Director of Programmatic Media is responsible for managing team members as well as being hands on keyboard for high touch accounts. Day-to-day, you’ll provide strategic direction, introduce innovation, assist with process and departmental integration, and represent Tombras in prospective client presentations and other client-facing activities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading high touch accounts with support from the team. Expected to be client facing for presentations and a thought leader for new programmatic initiatives.
  • Assist with progression of departmental staff in improving buying, thought leadership and managerial skills and capabilities.
  • Manage relationships with larger digital ad technology partners.
  • Manage client relationships
  • Support the Director & VP of programmatic with programmatic presentations and recommendations for potential new business opportunities.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of media planning experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in analyzing or managing digital/programmatic campaigns at a media or advertising agency
  • Ability to plan and buy multi-million dollar programmatic campaigns
  • Expert knowledge of DSPs and/or SSPs
  • Familiarity with third party ad serving, tracking and reporting platforms
  • Strong presentation skills, ability to present compelling ideas
  • Ability to delegate and manage large teams and work collaboratively with other departments
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • The Trade Desk Edge Certification, DoubleClick Certification
  • Facebook Blueprint or Google certifications for search, display, video, shopping ads or analytics are also a big plus
