Angela Khoudari

Angela Khoudari is an experienced Community Manager with a strong background in property management. At The Towbes Group since October 2017, Angela oversees a diverse portfolio while previously managing a Tax Credit Senior 55+ community at Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation, achieving an impressive occupancy rate above 97%. Angela's earlier roles include Assistant Community Manager at Greystar, where responsibilities included managing 272 luxury apartment homes, and at Shea Properties. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Colorado State University Pueblo.
