Matt Goldman

Matt Goldman currently serves as the Interim Executive Director at The Town Hall since September 2024 and has been the Owner/Operator/Promoter of Astor Place Theatre since November 1994, managing operations for the venue housing the Blue Man Group. Previously, Matt co-founded Blue School, an innovative educational nonprofit recognized for its unique curriculum, and co-founded Blue Man Group, where leadership resulted in significant global expansion and annual revenues reaching $100 million. Early career experience includes a role as a Software Producer at Omni Resources Corporation, contributing to substantial sales growth during the company's expansion. Educational qualifications include a PhD (Honorary) and an MBA in Economics from Clark University, along with a BA in Economics from the same institution.
