Kelly Turbin

Kelly Turbin, P.E. is an accomplished Principal Engineer at Turbin Structural Engineering, a position held since July 2008. In addition to leadership at Turbin Structural Engineering, Kelly serves on the Building Code Appeals Board for the Town of Tiburon, starting in March 2021. Prior experience includes being a Project Engineer at Framework Engineering Inc. from March 2004 to September 2009 and working as an Engineer at Hinman Consulting Engineers, focusing on non-linear analysis and design of structures for blast and impact loading from June 2002 to December 2004. Kelly holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and is an alumnus of St. Ignatius College Preparatory.
