Melissa Adams

Melissa Adams possesses extensive experience in office management and human resources, currently serving as Office Manager for both Townsend Outdoor Services and The Townsend Corporation since September 2020. Prior roles include Human Resources Labor Relations at General Motors for a brief contract position, Human Resources Director at NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals, and Business Office Manager with additional HR responsibilities at Five Star Senior Living. Earlier in the career, Melissa held positions at Above and Beyond Companies and Westfield Washington Schools, demonstrating a strong background in education and support roles. Commanding a diverse skill set in administrative functions and personnel management, Melissa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts of Educational Studies from Western Governors University between 2012 and 2015.
