Chae Hong is a seasoned professional in real estate research and investment management, currently serving as Partner and Head of Real Estate Research for North America at Aon since April 2010. Prior to Aon, Chae held key positions including Director at Cliffwater, where leadership in real estate manager research resulted in sourcing over $100 million in investment opportunities, and Vice President at Callan Associates, overseeing institutional clients with over $8 billion in real estate investments. Earlier experience includes Sr. Research Manager at RREEF, responsible for significant research and underwriting in major property markets, and Associate at PM Realty Associates, where Chae focused on market monitoring and investment underwriting. Chae holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate & Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Political Science from UCLA.
